All orders are made to order and typically require 2–3 business days to be processed and shipped.

If you need your order sooner than our standard processing time, please include your requested deadline when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Local deliveries (in Kuwait) will incur a 1 KD delivery fee.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and any applicable taxes are calculated after your order is confirmed. Once the courier provides the final amount, we will send you a separate payment request before dispatching your order.

In case of international returns the customer is to ship the item at their own cost only once the return request is confirmed and customer is notified by email to send back the order
