Refund policy

Incase of exchange and refund, items should be in good condition and not used or tampered with in any way, along with the original tag and packaging in original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order.

There is no refund or exchange on orders that are customized and/or made to order.

We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests. 

To create a return request submit a form in the contact us page with the order number, item to be returned, reason for return, and contact details to initiate a request. If the request is approved you will be contacted with next steps.

Items should be in original condition, undamaged, unworn, without marks and all tags should be attached to them and must be returned in the condition received including packaging.
